Expect to be woken up, and kept up, at 1AM by delivery driver parties connected to your building. Owner here promised it wouldn’t happen again - happens again the following night. Not a great look. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend. Unless owner clamps down tomorrow on those fine scholarly gentlemen connected to your building.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We came to NY for the US Open. While the home met the needs of our group, it was not as easy to get to the tennis center as we had hoped. That being said, it was a nice place.

This place was great! A really nice alternative to a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was great! Very quick assistance when needed. Our only complaint was could really use some new pillows. If available will probably try to stay here next year for our trip.

Nested on a quite residential block was an oasis. We had more than enough space to accommodate us. The host was very helpful with the Check-in process. The only issues we had was, there were alot of families that lived within the house, so alor of foot activities going on throughout the day and night.

Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close).

The home is lovely, looks newly remodeled and nicely done. Beds were all comfortable. Nice to have a driveway to park the car. Was ideally located for our trip. There was a smoke detector beeping in one of the bedrooms and when notified the issue was corrected quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay here. There was lots of space to accommodate us all. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to make meals at home. Having a designated driveway to park in was a nice addition, even with a 220V plug for an EV charger.
