Truss To The Rescue
We actually switched to this hotel after an awful experience with another hotel during our 5 days stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Based on the circumstance, they found a room and allowed us to do early check in so we weren’t stuck walking the city with our luggage. The room was very spacious for midtown and the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, amenities were nice!

Staff was super nice and friendly. It is advertised as pet friendly but we had to pay an extra 100 dollars. The shower leaked and the room next door was being worked on and it was really loud. The sheets were clean so that was nice and the bed was comfortable.

I will definitely come and stay at this hotel again when I come to New York City. The staff was always pleasant and nice and welcoming when you come in and when you’re leaving out for the day. They also knew some local spots for eating that were in walking distance. The area is busy, but not too busy. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. And the bids were very comfortable. The best part of the room is the shower. The water pressure was amazing. Also, it was easy access to get to Times Square and other historical parts of Manhattan.

This a 2-2.5 star hotel. If you have this expectation and the price is around $150 a night you won't feel too disappointed but the rooms do need to be cleaned better. The marketing pictures do not reflect even closely the actual condition of the hotel. If prices are around the same I would consider Pod Hotel or Yotel, but those rooms are much smaller.

Reasonably good but noisy
Hotel was ok for the price. Quite a noisy location with busy bars over the street and lots of drunken shouting well into the small hours. But it was well located for what we needed it for and it was comfortable and relatively spacious (for NYC). Noisy air conditioning, but to some extent this helped drown out the noise from the street so I kept it on.
