The thing I loved about this property is not only were the rooms beautiful, but the rooftop was beautiful as well. The front desk people were very nice and so genuine. Had a great experience staying here!!

Chris at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We drove in from Chicago and he made us feel so welcomed in the State of NY. He explained local restaurants to eat and everything about our room and the roof-top availability. We received complimentary bottles of water. He even went above and beyond to get our luggage for us. I was so impressed with his service and warm welcoming. I will definitely share my experience with other family members and friends. We loved our stay here. 😃

Nice staff. Very walkable. 9th Street is typical midtown...busy, loud, high energy. Rooms very small, but typical of NYC. Room was nice and quiet. Loved the rooftop deck!
