Perfect quick NYC Getaway
The rooms was perfect for our trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade and shopping. Will certainly return again.

Wonderful staff and views. Very prompt and friendly with any request. If you forgot something they've got it. Nespresso machine and pods in room which was great. Comfortable beds and pillows which was a real bonus. Can't beat the views.

Very practical hotel
Clean. Fairly large Superior room with a separate area with a single sofa bed and a desk. A nice addition. Large TVs. Very useful lounge on 27th floor with free coffee and water. Great for having a larger (semi) private space to eat or kids to run around. Or host some friends also staying in or visiting the city. Free water with empty bottles on each floor was an impressive addition.

Great location
We stayed 2 nights on a recent trip to NYC. We checked in early so the only option was a lower floor with no view. Not a problem for us. The room was a single queen bed a small seating area and bath with a pocket door. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The room had a nespresso machine and was missing pods. We called and housekeeping dropped some off to us within 10 minutes. Staff at the front desk was so helpful with checking in and any directions we needed. Great location right by Grand Central station. We used the subway to get around. Loved having a water machine on the floor to refill water bottles for free. Had to go to another floor for ice though. There’s a little deli directly across the street for coffee and snacks.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to grand central, and also it is a VIP member benefit hotel. Unfortunately there were no benefits given, despite mentioned on my booking. The room was much smaller than anticipated, I didn’t sleep very well at all as the bed wasn’t very comfy; overall it was ok for one night but for the price range I think I will go elsewhere next time. I think the problem was, that my expectations were misled by some of these reviews, prior to booking.
