Staff accommodated an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated, room itself was clean and great. But walls are so thin and another guest talking and laughing on the phone at 1AM woke me up and there's the subway train overhead. I could hear the elevator pinging, phone ringing, etc. Just very very noisy.

Good for a night
Needed a place to stay near forest hills stadium. Not many options around but it did the trick. Small parking lot (free) but not a lot of spaces. Quick Uber ride to the stadium. Was impressed with the water/snacks and disposable toothbrushes provided!

This is a bare bones hotel! To check in, you have to walk down a flight of stairs or walk thru hotel to use elevators. Our room smelled like cig smoke, halls smelled like weed, trains going by all night long, tv remote didn’t work so they moved me to another room. No breakfast, no food nearby. I paid $170 for this, a guy off the street walked in and they charged him $70, which is what it’s worth!

The room was OK BUT there was loud noise all night from the reception and people arguing w the front desk, at some point we felt unsafe because we had no clue if that argument was going to escalate. We could no go to sleep until about 2 am and we were out of there by 6 am. Bathroom and room basic but everything was clean

We loved that there was parking. A goodie bag with water and snacks. Tooth brushes and tooth paste. And it was very convenient for us to head to the playoffs. We will def be back!

This hotel is super clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's not fancy in any way but perfect in the ways that matter (clean, safe, exciting area), Note: it is directly under the 7 Train, so maybe bring earplugs for sleeping, although inside is not as loud as I was afraid it might be.
