Great location! A number of transportation options were available (as close as across the street). The room was spacious and clean. One minor issue with the blinds that staff came to address right away. That's the major selling point here: the staff were wonderful! Will be staying here again.

It was very nice room and facilities, clean and at a good location. The only thing that bothered me is that there is no possibility of a kettle in the room for heating water for a baby's food, which every other hotel I have ever been in had this option, and even when I asked for hot water from the reception, it seemed that the service representative did not have that much desire to help with this and go get it for me, she sent me to a drinking machine in the gym (on the 12th floor) and there the water was only cold, then she sent me to the dining room (on the 12th floor.. again) and there was no hot water either, finally, I had to bring an empty glass myself and wait At the counter for quite some time before she turned to me, and meanwhile the baby in the room is crying and hungry... there was no sympathy for this issue. After this incident, I decided that I get up early every morning, go to the nearest coffee shop and just buy hot water and do the same in the evening. And DO NOT PARK at the hotel parking! You can park near at another parking garages for much less pay!! At the first night I've payed 85$ at the hotel and after i checked at the web, i found placed nearby at 45$ per day (24H)..
