It was a good experience, everything is very small but I was comfortable, everything is new, clean, people is nice. My only concerned was a lady in the counter the day we arrived that gave to many explanations zero solutions for the delay on our room, I asked the lady next to her that was very diligent and gave us cookies. What I learned from the chatty girl is that booking with third party you would not have access to the Hilton app which means you need to go to the counter for check in and maybe other facilities.

When I got to the property the elevator traffic was very heavy. I felt like I was elevator surfing. I don’t know if all elevators were working. My room was not cleaned thoroughly, my sink was clogging because the drain was not properly put inside the sink. When I walked into the room the room smell was unpleasant you can smell the sewage. Overall, the hotel is across from Frames Bowling Alley. It’s walking distance to Times Square but I personally would not stay here again I prefer and double tree in another city.
