Extremely loud at night due to the club downstairs. We were in the 11th floor and still our room was vibrating from the music. Never stay here on a weekend unless you don't plan to sleep.

We had a spectacular view of the empire state building. Room was modern, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great location, across the street from Chelsea Market, subway at the end of the block. Night club on roof top deck, with incredible view, Tao next door.

Needs some repair
The rooms are in need of repair - we had peeling Wallcovering, a worn out couch, torn carpet in the hall. It makes the facility feel dirty even when it’s not. The front desk was so helpful to us & the housekeeping staff was wonderful in helping us find a lost earring

I booked a room, paid, and they took my money and left my family stranded. They pretended to have no rooms after me booked in advance and paid. And as we set stranded in the lobby we saw people come in and get rooms. And we could hear them. I feel they got more money from them because they were coming from the clubs in the hotel so they could get more money.

The mattress and pillows were terrible. The mattress was so soft and squishy, we could not get comfortable. The 2nd night my husband slept on the couch in the room so he could get some sleep. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

lobby is beautiful and location was convenient. Room was small , dark, fridge was not working and they didn’t provide enough towels . I let the front desk know and they told me they would take care of it and never did .
