This hotel was the highlight of my one-week trip to the United States. The location is excellent and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The restaurant offers food that is definitely worth trying. The room was clean, and the service staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everyone we encountered from check in, to housekeeping, to check out, was extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeping manager was doing an inspection of our room when we got there. The room as bright and comfortable and spacious for a NYC hotel room. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary supplies there. We loved the L'Occitane shampoo, condidioner, soaps etc.

This was an excellent Boutique Hotel. The staff was so personable and helpful which made our 5 day stay so enjoyable. Kudos especially to Shelly at the Front desk and Jose on Concierge.
