Comfortable beds and clean room. Great breakfast area. Excellent if attending an event at Barclay centre or a quick subway ride to visit Manhattan. Loved the roof top terrace.

Clean hotel. Cute. Very small rooms. Not great location across form Cube Smart self storage (our view) and auto shops up the street. Close to Park Slope, so it was convenient, but way too expensive.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Decent shower. Friendly and helpful front desk people. Parking in their lot was convenient and safe. The only problem was when we were woken up at 8:30 a.m. by banging on our door. It was a hotel employee asking if we were planning on checking out at 11:00. he literally woke us up!

Room was tiny with hideous view of the parking lot & bad curtains which did not block out horrible light and dreadful 24/7 noise. Staff was just plain awful and they gave false information about Brooklyn as well as highly misleading advice. Hotel is extremely disorganized and dirty and in the end I had to buy my own toilet paper and bathroom items because staff never provided despite my begging for it dozens of times!

Rooms were dirty and you could tell they don’t get properly cleaned after check out, they will take towels but won’t leave new ones, some towels were dirty, my toilet had not been cleaned and had urine and feces on it, they did not refill my coffee cups or coffee and supplies and even asking front desk to please stock those items it was not done 5 hrs later. I had to go back to front desk again and ask for towels and was then told to wait in the lobby for nearly 20 mins instead of them being delivered to my room. Breakfast is horrible and you are better off eating at the breakfast place a few blocks away. I can’t recall the last time I’ve had service this bad and a room this dirty considering how much they charge a night! Safe your money and stay elsewhere. Staff was rude, told me I can’t take the elevator since only one works and they need it for cleaning and was told i had to take the stairs. I do not recommend this place!
