We stayed in the hotel just for one night. The room was clean. There was hair in the bathroom on one towel and in the tube. There were just 3 towels for 4 people. In the evening when we arrived, the man at the reception desk was not very polite to us, but in the morning there was very nice and polite other one. Also the lady at breakfast was very nice.

The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, the hot breakfast buffet was enjoyable each morning, and the family-friendly, pet-friendly vibe was also a plus.

It was fine. Great to have microwave and mini fridge in the space. Room was mostly clean. Towels had hair on them but front desk was more than accomodating to change them and replace with new ones. My room had double beds and they were comfy. Downside is the closet is the size of a broom closet and the iron is stored there... So if u have multiple coats, it wont fit. I was on the highway side and it was quiet so thats a positive. There is barely any street parking so you will have to valet if you dont find any. Overall good experience and I would recommend

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the free WiFi and breakfast are great perks. You do need to valet your car though as there is no extra parking close by. The neighborhood is safe and the people we encountered were all friendly. Overall a very nice stay. Thanks.

We were so grateful to get a room at short notice after a very long journey from the UK. Staff were very friendly & efficient, our room was very comfortable, the beds especially so. The bathroom was sparkling clean & spacious. The breakfast very good with amazing omelettes. Overall a very good hotel.

The room was very nice but a little small as are many hotel rooms in NYC. The only downside was the lack of good soundproofing. Cleaning staff in the hall sounded like they were right at your door and we could hear someone's TV going all night. I reported this to the front desk first thing in the morning and they explained that when they turn on the TV in a room where someone has just checked in, it sometimes activates a TV in another room, hence the all night repetitive noise. They were very nice about it and said they would check it out which they did because soon we could no longer hear the TV.
