I booked a room with a Balcony when I arrived, there was no physical human to interact with And did not have a balcony . I was locked out didn’t have a passcode. It took over an hour to get access to the room once I got access to the room I did not have a balcony. The rooms on Expedia show balconies and views The building that I went in, only went up to the third floor for the elevator access that I was given. Horrible experience called several times to complain no help. Never could get in contact with somebody who worked there it was always an answering service or operator. Horrible, horrible horrible

I selected a Non Smoking apartment because my son has asthma and when we got there the apartment had a terribly odor to nicotine, from outside the door we were able to smell it. This is not a case that the person before was smoking in, no, this is a case that this apartment has been with smokers forever, you can see the track of the nicotine in everywhere. We called several times to try to move to another apt. and they said "somebody is going to call us", for this issue and because the tv remote control was not working, they never called, when I called the last time I forced the operator to give me a solution and after he consulted with somebody he told me there was no other apartment availabe, there was no anybody available to bring us other tv control or the batteries, there was no a supervisor to talk at this time, there was nobody able to bring an air cleaner. At this point we didn't have any other option to leave, I asked for a refund and he said he had to request it because he didn't have the authority to do it. We had to stay and go out to get an air cleaner, candles and staff to clean the surfaces, and until today June 12th nobody called me to reimburse at least what we spent or to apologize. Next day I saw the cleaning lady and commented about the condition of the apartment and she said people have been smoking always in all the apartments. I will report it to the Board of Health, there is a Non Smoking sign on all the doors but is false advertisement.

Don’t book! Terrible location.
Worst stay ever. The surroundings were terrible. This is definitely not a place for any tourist to stay. The location is between trains and highway conjunction. The apartment was ok except for the noise from AC. I stayed one night instead of the five I had booked. Hotels.com should not promote such a place on their website.

Bring eye covers, it’s bright as day in your room at night. Shower head is broken, toilet seat broken, never get clean towels, room never gets cleaned, got locked out at night. Worst experience ever

What I didn’t like was that I got the room with the porch. Those face a storage facility with floodlights, and there are no curtains, only screens that don’t block light. My sleep was terrible, looked like daylight the entire time. Other than that the place is great! But go for a regular room, avoid facing west

Do not stay here. No staff on site, you call an 800 number when you need assistance… then wait on hold… it would have been ok if i didn’t have to call them every time i used the passcode on my door… it never worked twice in a row… I got two rooms and the door codes didn’t work for either, multiple times. Very upset… awful communication.

The suite itself was good and the gym facility. The area is very unsafe I parked my car on the street due to being charged a fee every time I entered and left the property garage which they did not specify. My car got broken into, smashed my back window. Never again.
