Family Stay - Times Square - 8 days / 2 rooms
Incredible location and relatively quiet considering you’re in the middle of time square. We were on the 21st floor. There was no fridge in the room however one was provided immediately on request at no cost. Shower pressure was “commercial strength” which we loved. House keeping were amazing, polite and efficient. Good coffee facilities and coffee, however the stocks weren’t consistently restocked. The building is starting to get a little tired but still more than acceptable for the price and location. Easy access to everything.

Service was great. Hotel is dated and needs some upgrades. AC in room didn’t work well. Centrally located right at Times Square and convenient to subway system.

No refrigerators in rooms but hey you can rent one for an additional $30/night. So much for my leftovers. Also curtain was broken and heat did not work properly. Temp in room would not go above 66 degrees. At essentially $500/night one would expect much better service and amenities as well as basic heating on a 20 degree night in NYC. Money grabbing lazy service.

I didnt like the cleaning, the carpet was old and visibly dirty. The shower towels were small and they didnt provide enough. Not good amenities. Front desk asked for passport instead of ID. Would not recommend.
