Pros: This hotel was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. It is in a convenient location near family in the area. If you have a car, it is close to ample shopping. The rooms are spacious and the suite provides a full refrigerator and freezer with a double burner electric stovetop. If one were saying for a long time, the kitchette in the guest suites is a bonus feature. Cons: The furnishings are modern, but the hotel is clearly beat on… The carpets are filthy, and the pool area has mold on the stamped concrete. It needs to be power washed. The pool chemicals are also off. During our weeklong stay, the pool water was never clear every day that I checked. Some of the front desk employees were apathetic and inattentive, rather than being warm and attentive. The pool hours were posted on the door to the pool area from 10 PM Friday-Sunday. This is also on Expedia (where we made our reservations. Depending on which front desk personnel you asked, the pool was closed at 9 or 10. Our family is respectful and quiet and our teens (who are older) were turned away from using the pool shortly after 9 p.m. We had driven a very long distance, and my children were looking forward to swimming in the pool before bed. The new hours were not posted anywhere and I was shown a small slip of paper behind the desk with the new hours by the front desk personnel. The hours should be clearly advertised so so the guests could decide whether this works (or not) for them.

My previous stay was better. Ants in the room Ac didnt work, had to change room after waiting for hrs. Front staff kept saying to give the ac time , we waited from 8pm to 12am. Romete control battery needed replacement . Breakfast was off.

I wish the breakfast had a different variety of food. Including fresh scrambled eggs. Variety of meat daily. Add biscuits and grits. For cleanliness the carpets need to be cleaned.

First person seen was cursing and disappeared while taking care of me for about 10 minutes, then tell me my transaction wasn’t approved, which she didn’t wait to see because she was under the desk. At check out I was informed I had to pay for parking. I went out 2xs and my room wasn’t cleaned, so I asked about service, I was told I should’ve asked but should’ve been told, so no service no garbage pick up , no clean towels

Overall facility was generally nice, but I was a bit surprised and disappointed by the additional fee of $15 per day for self-parking. The hotel is in the middle of a large industrial/business complex (generally vacant/underutilized). Just seems odd and unnecessary to ding hotel guests with that extra charge.

We were at this hotel this past June, it was not our first time there. We liked it when we were there last time and we liked it.When we were there this past June. The hotel was very clean. You feel safe and it's close to the New York city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who has a pet.The hotel is pet friendly.
