The property was nice, staff friendly. However, I was there for three nights and no housekeeping came. Someone came in and left the used towels and put new ones, did not do the beds and threw away the trash of inly one garbage can, Location is excellent. Very close to two subway lines.

I like that the hotel which is mainly self explanatory and is central to main shops and parks etc. It would be useful to have an booket which contained helpful contact details. The Internet didn't have a great connection and the Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. The television had limited choice of channels.

It's a good location, but you get what you pay for. It was quite gross, with damaged mirrors, mysterious stains on the mattress, and a busted air conditioner. You'd be better off paying a little more to stay someone clean and decent.

Chelsea is a great location for restaurants and bars, not far from theaters. This hotel is between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue subways, good bus service on 23rd and the avenues. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was really pretty good, had the usual toast, bagels, waffle iron, but the scrambled eggs were tender, the cheese omelet was very good. Fresh fruit was limited to oranges and apples. The room was clean and comfortable although the joints in the carpet tiles were coming loose and curling up a little bit. Biggest gripe: The TV remote was wonky, often inoperable. Hotel engineer provided new batteries which seemed to help at first, but moving among channels was a challenge.

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The amenities are due for a refresh, but it was not problematic in any way. One note that is rare when booking a hotel these days is that the check in is 3 pm and check out at 12 pm. I appreciated this greatly. Also, the water pressure is excellent. I often have a hard time rinsing my hair at a hotel because the shower runs at a trickle.

This hotel has everything you need. It's not a fancy one but is clean, and well located; one block away from the subway station and a few steps from fifth and seventh avenue. For the cost, it's good. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast is complete and very convenient. It saves you a few bucks. I recommend it

Very conveniently located property. Close to transit if you don’t feel like walking. The cleaning/housekeeping staffed seemed a little understaffed. Got room late at check in and room not serviced after first night. Room a little ‘tired’; shower tap loose, office chair upholstery seat came apart at the seam.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr eng und die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Nur jeden 2ten Tag ein Zimmer Service im Urlaub ist schrecklich, da möchte man eigentlich abschalten und sich verwöhnen lassen. Außerdem kam fast kein Wasser aus der Dusche. Lange Haare waschen war unmöglich. Beim Frühstück war irgendwie immer alles aus und wurde auch nicht wirklich nachgefüllt. Kein Käse, keine Marmelade, kein Nutella. Saft nur am ersten Tag, danach war die Maschine kaputt und wurde leider auch nicht repariert.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past as it is convenient for work. Generally, I have a pleasant experience but this past stay was different. The shower had only a trickle of hot water and the room wasn't as clean as other stays. I hope they work out the shower issue in room 805.
