Friendly and welcoming staff
All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they give you a warm welcome. The breakfast is a good choice plus good quality for children and adults. Housekeeping was excellent. The location is perfect for Grand Central and the Subway.

Hotel was clean , staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite small but had everything you need. Breakfast area was small but we went early and always had a table. Kids loved the make your own waffles. We also enjoyed the area where you could make hot drinks to take out or sit at the tables. Very central, really close to grand central station.
