Dejuan and Michael did a phenomenal job of making my mom and I feel special during our visit. They were both extremely welcoming and accommodating. Overall, the entire staff was very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and central to all of Time Square. I would recommend staying there and will likely return in the future! Thank you all for everything!

We enjoyed staying here. It was in a great location, and the room (although small) was very lovely. The bathroom is small, but had great quality towels and I enjoyed the shower. The bed was a little firm, but the blackout shades were amazing! No light came in. The rooftop bar was super cool and had great views! The food was pretty tiny up there, but tasted great.

Front desk charged me for a drink when I have included in my resort fees a 22.00 dollars credit but they don’t tell you that it nit included the day you leave the day you leave is not included this 22.00 drinks credit they o my tell you is 22.00 food and drinks included my room was not ready the day I came in I found hair on my bed sheets my allergies but it was all taken care right away after I checked in but the front desk manager r is wonderful she great took care of me the next day only one the best
