Property was great, staff was great, friendly courteous. Room was nice, bathroom smallish but nice. Staying that close to Time Square was a bit busy for us but if you want to be where the action is this is a great hotel and great location

Great hotel! Location if you are discovering NYC can’t be beat! Steps from Times Square Steps from Rockefeller Center Steps from Central Park. The staff were all very friendly. Gave advice about the city. Would totally stay here again. The place also smelled amazing

A stunning hotel, so clean and welcoming. I was in awe of the lobby area and the view from the room was incredible. We were near the top floor which also made visits to the rooftop bar so convenient. The rooms were comfortable, yet small - however, this is expected in new york. The staff were so friendly, they even recognised us from the first day onwards and made us feel so safe. This is just steps away from times square let far enough to still have privacy and quiet nights.

It’s a nice property and good location. Here is the one thing I thought was petty and cheap. I arrived very early from an overnight flight and asked for early check in as had a meeting to change for. Rooms were available and ready and yet the hotel wanted 500 dollar early check in fee. We settled at 300 as I was desperate. I thought this was the cheapest lousy penny pinching thing a luxury hotel could ask for considering the rate was close to 1000 a night. Room was just sitting there. Really turned me off and will likely never stay there again.
