Excellent location. Check in was easy. Room was small, but you would expect that in New York. Somewhat dated and could definitely use a refresh, but was clean and served the purpose. One major complaint was the water pressure. The shower had no pressure…the water dribbled out of the shower head. And a shower that Should have taken five or 10 minutes took 20. Seriously, it was pretty ridiculous.

location is excellent and the room is renovated and clean. However, the lady at the front desk has quite some attitude when we are asking questions about the room and how to use the daily credit at the hotel.

Now I have two other transactions on my credit card for £77 and £27. I had already paid for the room in full, still on my credit!! Please refund! - hotel needs a lot of work. - not happy

The rooms are so small the bed is 2ft from the wall hit my leg so many times squeezing by bed. Bring shower shoes could clean shower floor better and leaked all over bathroom floor

The hotel was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. I likes that there was a daily snack credit and drycleaning. They also had a separate space for holding my bags since my flight was later on in the day. The walking distance to times square was great! They have 3 elevators but the wait was never long despite how big and busy NY can get. The daily coffee in the lobby would have been nicer if it was a coffee and tea station. Never stay at a Hilton again,,
Booking was canceled,,, but they rebooked me is a smaller room at the same cost,, room was dirty,, room smelled of beech and the bed looked like some one had slept in it,,I found a room down the street for the same money so I checked into that one,, Hilton would not let me cancel,, ended up paying for both nights in 2 different hotels,,

Perfect location, wonderful staff and safe. Room was average size for NYC but had everything we needed. Wish we had a better view but we were not in the room much anyway. Room 1101.

The view was amazing. Very convenient location to Times Square. Only issue was with the shower. The shower was dirty with hair on the bottles of shampoo/conditioner and little black gnats. At one point during a shower lost hot water and shower was ice cold. Staff very friendly and helpful. Made it very easy to store luggage before and after check in.
