This was a great property, you are walking distance from so many cool attractions Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, radio cityMusic Hall. There are food trucks on every corner not to mention great restaurants all throughout the block. The only thing i didn’t like was our view in the room, so if you are a stickler about views be sure to ask what kind of view you are getting. Other than that pretty good hotel to be in time square(north)

Definitely would stay here again. Great location. We easily walked to everything, shows, dinner, Central Park etc…. We had a family of 4 including two teenagers. Rooms were a little tight but not bad at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. Sliding, frosted bathroom door didn’t lend to much privacy but that was manageable.

Good location and clean. However, the decor looked tired, there were not enough towels for the number of occupants (which we had to highlight on three occasions), the bathroom door was poorly fitted such that it wouldn’t close and the front door of the hotel was incredibly stiff. So for the price being charged, it was disappointing. Will go elsewhere next time.

Pros… Clean hotel, perfect location… Cons I would not put more than two people in a room or you’ll be claustrophobic. There’s just not enough room for your stuff or more than two people. and we had two full beds in our room. Also, they could replace the outer cover of the comforters. They seem pretty worn out. Also, we had a hard time always having enough towels. We had four people in our room and they never wanted to give us enough towels, and we constantly had to call the front desk and ask for more towels. The hotel is pretty basic in the sense of there’s not really a lobby. It’s more of a hostile like feeling. It’s in a good location and it’s clean and safe, but you’re just there to sleep. We did not eat at either of the restaurants we would have liked to have more of a casual place to eat or a coffee shop. If Those things aren’t important to you than this is a place for you. The staff was fine. They didn’t do anything special or above and beyond specially for us being there on Christmas.

It was a good experience but there was no one at front desk when we arrived. We know he was helping someone else. And probably experiencing short staffing. It was like a 6 minute wait for the elevator and it would stop at almost every floor on 2 elevators. The location of the hotel is great everything is close by and there are lots of food options right there.

This hotel is just average because it isn’t “luxury” or convenient at all! Their add says “ covered parking OR valet but upon arrival we were stuck hours trying to park in the garage next door because all of a sudden at any given moment , there’s no valet ! Super crowded area ! The price was over inflated for what we got . No one helps you unload or load your baggage so it’s like a name brand hostel and TINY!!! We couldn’t even walk around in the room at all. THE INKY GREAT THING WAS THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN THE SAME BUILDING! EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!
