The location and view of the property were great, however it did not meet expectations for an expensive 4 star hotel. The shower had stains and one of the towels in my bathroom had makeup stains from someone previously using it. There are amenities like a coffee machine in the room offered but there's a charge for things like water bottles. There's a 100$ deposit per night that adds up quickly and the staff was not efficient at explaining what that was for. The deposit was returned promptly but the charge impacts how pleasant the experience feels.

We enjoyed this property, I would say it's in a good location. It was around the corner from the Broadway show and it is a convenience store a few blocks from there, which made picking up random things easy. The only problem we had was the air conditioning it was on some type of timer and in the middle of the night we will wake up sweating but other than that it was awesome place to stay

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and professional. I asked to change rooms when I first arrived, and they accommodated my request efficiently. The hotel is in a prime location, close to everything, but I didn't hear much noise in my room. The building and facilities are a bit older, but it was clean and serviceable!

Dissatisfied with the response to receive no feather pillows for my daughter who is allergic to feathers. Took an hour and a half to get an order of ravioli because they didn’t process the order. Front desk staff got aggravated with the calls being placed about the pillows and food order. Informed front desk of these issues at checkout and was supposed to get 5000 points but they have not posted to my Hilton account as of yet.
