You can tell a lot about a person's attitude in only a few seconds - so even though my interactions with staff were brief, everyone had a nice or at least neutral demeanor. The room was a good size and the bathroom large enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Everything was as clean as expected. We needed to use the baggage holding service and I appreciate that there is dedicated staff for that. I didn't feel any particular cause for concern, but in general, theft is opportunistic so I also liked that the luggage room is inaccessible to random people coming into the hotel.

Lovely staff. Small but clean. Very convenient. Loud but its NYC so that’s unavoidable. Really nice staff who are lovely and knowledgeable. I would stay again and recommend.

Great location. Friendly desk and maid service. Wall AC unit was filthy and louder than an airplane. Fortunately, it was cool enough to open window. But then traffic and sirens are really loud. Then again, sliding window doesn’t seal properly, so it is loud regardless. Smoke detector was wrapped in plastic (pretty sure that is a violation).

Got bed bug somwhow at the hotel. Pic of bugs taken. I also developed hives from the bug bite. It was extremely itch and stressful. Stayed in nyc many times over many years this was first.

Great location for a quick tourist trip, close to subway although we walked most places. Room was nice and comfortable although no safe and the ice machine was broken. Had an ATM in lobby which was convenient. Located on a street with a bunch or flower shops, which was cute! Staff were all very friendly.
