This hotel was very convenient for sightseeing and nightlife activities. Several subway stations and bus stops nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had all the things I needed. Felt safe hear as a woman. Only downside, I could hear the elevators and the AC was noisy which made it hard to sleep.

Worst hotel ive stayed in a while, the rooms are disgusting need a full revamp, with carpets back in the 80s, the decor reminded me of our 80s home.. the room i was given was next to the elevator and it made such a racket.. id never stay here again and im going to ask for a refund from hotels.com as the room advertised was not anywhere near what was given

This is definitely a good location. Some hotel staff were a bit irritated by us asking questions about the area but some were very nice. The visable side of the duvet was stained. They cleaned everyday thoroughly which was awesome.

I have been visiting the Hilton Garden Inn 35th St., NYC for the past several years - each August, vacation. I like the professional and quick responsive staff - the value/cost for the stay, the excellent centrally mid-town location. The inside facility is a bit weather worn, but charming - security is visible in lobby. Although I enjoyed my stay, a constructive comment , the outside front needs to be refreshed to the level of the "Hilton Brand" we customers expect.

The room is very small and the bar cocktails are really bad! You can use the garden just if you order something from the bar. I tried lemon drop just sour.
