I really enjoyed my stay. Most hotels around airports tend to be a little sketchy. I feel this location falls under that. However, the employee friendliness, convenient shuttle, stores and some restaurants within walking distance...make up for the "sketch" neighborhood.

I paid through Orbitz, they refused to honor the reservation. I drove 12 hours to get to this hotel, before I left home, I called to confirm, once I got to the hotel, they refused to honor the reservation. Told me to call orbitz to get the refund. This is on a summer Friday night, 1000 KM away from home, really hard to find a hotel at night.

Great, clean and property and very friendly stafff
This was much nicer than I expected. Modern and spotless rooms. Very nice and spacious breakfast area and lobby. They staff was excellent and friendly. We were able to store our luggage as we had come from a cruise ship and got there well before check in. They also let us check in early. The airport shuttle for free was not listed as an amenity but was very helpful!

Literally live close to d hotel HIEamdS, I paid very high price expecting a nice room as an IHG group,, My partner and I saw d flat sheet has a hole, there was a Mcdo barbecue sauce on bedside carpet, it’s only walls when u look out, d table by d wall is long which make d curtain not straight, the aircon is noisy, not like room 207 we stayed before; quiter. Ask FD for another room, he said all booked up.
