I travelled for work and was very busy during the days in New York. I really felt taken care of in the Hotel and everything was thought through very well, so I had a relaxing stay. Everybody was so friendly and my room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect!

From the first interaction, the staff were wonderful, very engaging, friendly, and helpful. We arrived early, so we left our luggage and went out to explore. The hotel is walking distance to many tourist attractions. Our room was very well equipped with everything you need.

Very good overall. When we arrived late at night, the reception we got by the person at the front desk was a bit cold, but afterwards all the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room with kitchenette is ok, not luxurious, but good. Bed is good. The bathroom has been redone and is very clean. Very central area, good location as a starting point to explore the whole city. Very good choice.
