The hotel is actually called "Club Quarters Hotels Grand Central" if you want to look it up. You will miss it if you look for the incorrect name displayed on Expedia. The room was a nice size, and clean. The "living room" and lounge/terrace on a separate floor were a nice touch, since you don't get a fridge in your room. The staff were great, though I felt bad they were seemingly overwhelmed with the number of guests in the lobby during check-out. Regardless they were quick and helpful. Would've been better if 2 out of 3 of the elevators weren't out of service at 12 PM during peak check-out times. We had to wait 8 minutes for the elevator. All in all good value for your money!

The front desk personel were first class. The other staff had very unpleasant attitudes. Housekeeping was great too! Vending machine was awful our drinks actually exploded. They were so hot, $6 waste! Again we had a nice stay, the guys running stuff up and down were NOT GUEST FRIENDLY

Staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable. Pricing fare. Not sure what constant noise was ( pipes, mechanical problem or workers). When your facility does not offer dining there should be accommodations in the room to store or reheat food you had to go out to purchase. Limited restaurants within walking distance. Top floor was a “ coffee room” with seating areas but there was nothing more than “coffee” available. There were several “coffee bars” in the immediate area. Why would you have a coffee room also? What if you did not drink coffee?? A microwave there would have been helpful. I guess this is typical of “Boutique Hotels”. My first and last experience.

Great location. Very pleased to get adjacent rooms for our party of four. Happy to get access to the top floor lounge for morning coffees. Overall good stay, my only criticism would be the late “normal” check-in time of “from 3pm onwards”. We arrived after 26 hours of flying across the globe, shattered, at 2:45pm. One room was ready at 3:30pm’ish, the other wasn’t ready for at least another hour…

Great location!
Great location for the price,super comfy bed! Room is just big enough to be comfortable for two. Definitely recommend this hotel if staying in midtown on a budget! Great coffee shop two doors down 😀
