The woman that was at the front desk was lovely and very helpful but, and I hate I have to say this, made me feel very uncomfortable. One of them tried to grab my bags several times and lead me into my room. I made it very clear I wanted to take care of my own luggage and go to my room alone. He tried to lead me into my room and used his own key card to open my door. I know that hotel employees always have the ability to enter rooms but with the way he was looking at me seeing him come into my room so easily did not make me feel safe. When I would come into the lobby to ask a question or return from a day out, I felt like a piece of meat. Also the room was dirty, there was used floss on the ground. Also no hairdryer which in comparison is nothing but it’s odd for a hotel to not have hairdryers.

Attention travelers: this place is located right next to train railroad. It runs 24/7 so its very noisy that you cannot even sleep. There is almost no amenities (ex. Hair dryer) and the restroom shower curtain is shorter than its height so water runs everywhere. There were so manu hairs so guess the room was not cleaned up as well. Neighborhood not really safe at night so better watch out.

When we arrived at the hotel the lady was nice but the first issue was they didn’t have key cards and we had to be escorted by one of the employees anytime we had to go to our room. Secondly, even though they just opened up the shower didn’t have a curtain, there was no trash can in the room, and there was no microwave. It said it was a no smoking facility but there was a strong cigarette smell coming through the vents. Our entire stay they didn’t service our room and stated that we had to ask for that.

Housekeeping was on request. When I asked for it, it didn’t get done. I had to get my towels for my room and they questioned how many towels I needed every time. Like I was stealing them. The train is right next to the property and it’s very noisy during the weekdays. The walls are very thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. It’s not a very nice neighborhood. Not a lot of dining or walkable things to do near by. And it takes about 40 minutes to get to manhattan by the subway. Beds were rock hard. It was clean I’ll give it that. But just not during our 4 night stay. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent stay. Small free parking lot the hotel it looks Brand new, rooms are small but very clean. Bathroom very nice. No microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. We found a microwave in the vending machine. They resolved the issue with the keys. Staff very friendly

The bathroom was pretty dirty. Strands of hair on the floor as well as stains and debris. The shower had not covering or curtain so the water just got every where. Bedroom floor was dirty too with debris.

The staff at this hotel was extremely unhelpful. We parked in their parking lot but were blocked in by two illegally parked cars. We parked in actual spots. Meanwhile, the other two cars parked behind us were not in parking spots. So we couldn’t back up. The hotel staff refused to call a tow truck and made us wait for the owners of the cars to move their cars. We planned to leave at 9:30 but had to wait in the lobby until 12:45 because we could not get out of the parking lot. Everything should be seamless and easy after paying so much for a hotel stay. The bed was also hard as a rock.

Noise from the train is overwhelming
The hotel is on a train track. It’s so noisy. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Do not go to this hotel.
