We enjoyed our first father/daughter trip to NYC. This property was great all around. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was warm and friendly. Rooms were clean and had a fun vintage/modern feel. Location made it easy to get around NYC to see the sights!!

We stayed at the Chelsea hotel while on a weekend trip to see a concert at MSG. It’s a great area to be in if you are looking for a bit of tranquility. As for the hotel, as soon as you enter the lobby, there is a historic vibe that is very full filling. Staff is friendly and helpful. As for the rooms, they are spacious and beautifully decorated. We would definitely go back.

The Hotel Chelsea lived up to it’s reputation, in a good way The front of house staff were great, particularly the doormen. And no, I don’t remember any names. The room was small but well appointed and very comfortable, the bathroom quite large and impressive. I was travelling alone so didn’t need a large room, I’m sure the suites would be fabulous. The bars are very popular, and it is easy to see why. The waiting staff for breakfast on a weekend are comically aloof, which I can cope with but would get on my nerves if it was all week. I’d stay there next time I’m in NY, which says it all really
