Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, shower drain was clogged with hairs, the beds were tiny, and the TV did not have any apps like Netflix, Hulu or YouTube.

Our stay here wasn’t anything to rave about but it was not terrible. Staff were great and friendly. They stored our luggage while waiting for our room and after checking out before our flight. They helped arrange a taxi to airport as well. Room was clean and the bed was really comfy. We did notice the previous guests had left a sock in the corner of the room and the cleaners did not find it, but it wasn’t too much of a bother for us as it was pretty hidden out of the way. Good walking distance to Times Square and Bryant park. Overall we had a good stay for 3 nights.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were small but it worked for us as we only stayed the one night. The location was our favourite part, all the attractions were within a 12 minute walk including the subway. We would definitely considering coming back here on our next trip to NY.

This is my second time staying at this property, I love it so much the first time that I rebooked. This time, it was just OK. My room was not cleaned very well. The toilet had sticky stuff on the lid. There were water cup stains still on the dresser and it seemed like they didn’t change the sheets. I like the location and the staff is very friendly. I might give them another chance. I’m not sure. The restaurant on the main level is nice. I really enjoyed the pasta.

Great location. Small space. Little comfort.
The location was the best. There’s a rooftop with great views. The room was smaller than expected, with little room to place our belongings. The bed was not comfortable. We barely slept during our stay.
