Terrible night ruined our NYC trip
Air conditioner was broken 78 degrees out for our late October stay. We didnt sleep 10 minutes it was boiling in the room. Told front desk, they said they were booked. They did not give us a discount. We had to cancel our reservation next morning at Rusdian Tea Room because we were too exhausted to go. This lack of customer service is very upsetting. Noone cares about the customer anymore.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of times square. Everything from shopping, dining, theater and other entertainment were within a 20 minute walk. Staff at the hotel was great and quick to respond to our needs. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy during our stay. This will be a place I stay at again! Only downside is room doesn’t come with a microwave or mini fridge, I found out u have to pay extra for that. We couldn’t bring home any left overs lol

Very good stay at Aura. Location is super convenient. While our room is facing the back, which has limited view and light, it was very quiet at all times. Times Square isn’t known to be a quiet place. Our room was spotless and everything looked well maintained. The King bed is very comfortable and the linen is also very nice. Bathroom is functional and has good Molton Brown toiletries. Staff is very helpful. I ordered something from Amazon, the reception kept the package safe until I picked it up. The only very minor comment I will make is the shower curtain- it has an unpleasant smell. It’s not that it was dirty, it’s just the way these shower curtains are after being used for a while. Perhaps a more thorough washing or changing them more frequently would resolve the problem.
