The hotel located in Chinatown at the edge of Little Italy was very convenient to 9/11 memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, and subway stops to get all around the city. Staff made excellent recommendations for meals nearby and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of lower Manhattan and the Freedom Tower. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Loved everything about our stay.

Location is fantastic! Morning coffee in the park is great, and close to everything. Staff was very accommodating and we were able to check tons of luggage with them before and after the reservation. Family room was affordable, but still gave two couples privacy and their own space. Will stay again!

I liked that it was next to park where kids play soccer and such. Not overly fancy, but certainly nice enough to stay in. The second queen bed was in other side most behind another door to give additional privacy, but it was not closed with a door or anything. I will probably stay here again should I have business in this part of NYC again.

I've stayed here a few times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's near a nice local bar where I hang out, and it's right in Chinatown and near Little Italy, so finding a restaurant nearby is so easy.

The room didn’t exactly look as pictured. There was a bed in a separate room. The larger living space had the other bed with an odd kitchen. Full size frig next to a stand alone open closet. The kitchen had a sink with some utensils and dishes. There was a fan above what once was a stove. Not exactly a “kitchen”. There wasn’t even your basic microwave. Waste of space, IMO. Otherwise, the location in the heart of Chinatown was what we were looking for. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area. It was clean.

Everything was very good, however, the air conditioning was set so that the room was at 59 degrees. Very cold with no possibility to make changes. Eventually, someone came and turned it off.
