Whole experience was terrifying. We changed hotels after one night & we only stayed that night because of how late it was. Area is completely unsafe, drugs were offered to us at the hotel by staff. Limited transport to & from main areas. The hotel was dirty, not as shown in pictures at all. There were holes in the sheets, non smoking room stank of smoke & the bathroom was disgusting.

I didn’t stay here, I was tired from my flight being delayed and the check in wasn’t until 3pm so I canceled the room and was assured my debit would be returned but it never materialized, and Expedia claimed that they would remind the hotel in the morning that also never happened

I did not stay at this hotel. The room was awful! Everything was grimy and it did look like the picture but much older/ not kept/ there were holes the bedspreads from peoples cigarettes/marijuana, floors were not clean, bathroom smelled musty. Another room was offered, but it was not much better.

Poor service
I had a bad experience at this Hotel. When I first entered my room it smells like someone just finished smoking in there. The staff didn't even take the time to open the windows or put something to mask the odor. In addition poor quality of linen and towels. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, I didn't get any room service. Overall, bad quality services and not recommended.
