Fantastic Stay !!!!
Stanford is a crown jewel. It is next to the Empire State Building, in the heart of KoreanTown and a short train ride to every where important. The hotel offers complementary breakfast, all day coffee and also has a bar in the evening. The staff is super courteous and receives / resolves with a big smile. The hotel has free luggage storage so you can deposit your stuff and move around freely until you check-in or even after check-out. I will definitely stay here again. Loved everything about it.

Better than the negative opinions, which i initially was believing. Pleasantly surprised on just about everything. Continental bfast, coffee bar in afternoon, then pay at the bar at night if you choose.

Juat a few minutes walk to macys on 34th st and Empire State building. Just one minute from subway station makes it very convenient. Quiet hotel. The 2nd floor lounge is comfy. No hot breakfast there. Only bread and jam and peanut butter, yogurt and hot drinks. Rooms more spacious than others in the area.

Upon arrival our room was not ready and the staff was very inexperienced. When we did get to our room it had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was garbage in the trash and dirty towels on the floor. Also neither the TV and the internet was not working and we were not provided a password or information on how to work it, that’s when we found out it was not working. Also the continental breakfast consisted of only PB&J on white bread you has to make yourself. Bananas and apples. The coffee was good, bottled water was warm and so was the yogurt. Not acceptable for the price they are charging for a room. And NO compensation was offered!! Very disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to the subway, Times sq, Empire State etc. we went for a king sized, city view room, the room was very noisy late in to the night, the windows don’t seem to keep any sound out. The room was a very good size, especially for New York, but it is dated, with broken furniture, although the bed was very comfortable. We had an inclusive breakfast, but don’t get too excited about this, there is a very slow toaster and a couple of loafs of white bread, still in its wrapper. There’s a coffee machine, some bottled juice and a few bananas and apples, and that’s it!! Pretty terrible really, especially for a hotel charging over £300/night for the room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It wouldn’t take much effort or expense to make the breakfast so much nicer, this spoilt our stay and we ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.
