My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and we have no complaints at all! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend/stay again! Staff was very friendly, both the hotel and our room were very clean, very convenient location with subway close by, and our room was quiet (we didn’t hear anyone or anything else while in our room). Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel Stanford was absolutely perfect for our Girls’ Trip. Great location, quaint & fun breakfast & bar area, friendly staff, the most comfortable twin sized beds I’ve ever slept on, and very reasonably priced for such a convenient location! I would absolutely stay there again.

This is a 12 story but small old hotel. It has been renovated but apparently not lately and is a little bit on the shabby side, especially for the price. However it's clean and the room was adequately sized. You have your own thermostat which was nice, but frigid air was coming into the bathroom making showering uncomfortable. We had a brick wall view. The best thing about the hotel is its location, close to Penn Station, Path Trains and several subway lines. We were able to get all over Manhattan easily. It is in "Koreatown" which meant it was jumping and had a lot of dining options which was fun.

Our room was extremely hot the first night and we weren't able to turn off the heat. The next morning we mentioned it to the staff, they were able to fix the thermometer and gave us fan as well. Well done@

Everything was good except the temperature in the room. The thermostats were off but the room was 80 degrees when we entered, with the heat/fans blowing in. We tried turning the thermostats on cool, but that changed nothing. Finally at 2:30 AM we turned the thermostats off and opened the windows That cooled the room sufficiently to get some sleep but the heat/fans kept blowing, regardless of what we did with the thermostats.
