Our stay at Hyatt Place was awesome. We were there for two nights and we could not have asked for more. Kevin at check in and Shawn (Manager) were awesome and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and made the stay even better!

I told the front desk staff i was traveling from PR to NY with my grandchild early birthday Gift to see snow and enjoy winter . When we got back from long walk the staff filled room with pink balloons and had a cheese cake for my girl Oh wow they all was so kind and mede us so happy and special . I didn't like the fact that the staff seemed unconcerned abiut my missing package. Telling me I had to go door to door to surrounding hotels asking if they received my package. My package came in 2 pieces, both delivered on the same day and same time. I got thr big package but the small one was never found.

Wild check in policy

The check in policy is wild. We arrived at 225 we were told the room was ready but if we wanted to check in it would cost $100. So we had to wait with roughly 20 other people to check in, the line was massive and then the line for the elevator also massive. I wasn’t asking to check in at 11. It’s 30 minutes before and the rooms ready, let people check in so there’s not this mass of humanity stuck in the lobby with two people to check them in.
