The room was so small everything was on top of the other. No place to even hang up coats. Bathroom the size you would find on cruise ships 20 years ago. Very small. Great looking hotel but the room you guys reserved for our party of 3 sucked.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived. For breakfast we had plenty of choice with the food changing every day. The breakfast staff are like little elves whizzing around filling up food and drink but they are hardly seen or heard. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only negative point was the sofa bed, as we booked a room for 3 people. There was no way that anyone could have slept in there. It was very worn and bumpy. So we all had to sleep in the double bed.

Hyatt went above my expectations although I thought it was closer to center of Times Square. It was only a 9 min walk daily. Clean rooms, not as spacious but if you know NY then you know no room Is super spacious in TS. Workers were pleasent and helpful. Breakfast was pack but flowed well.
