Very close to everything but this place has over 500 rooms so you feel like you are in Grand Central Station. People start lining up for Breakfast at 630. Food is OK. Staff is very efficient at keeping things moving. Room was pretty small but bed was very comfortable and shower was great! staff is friendly. The water in the room is not free unless you are a member.

Hyatt really knew how to make a place feel modern and relaxing. I couldn't explain how great I felt after setting my foot into my room. It was quiet. Everything looked clean and well organized. The bed looked very comfortable. The restroom wasn't huge but it looked nice, the shower temp was great, the water pressure was good. I mentioned these, because there were other places that couldn't compare at all. The staff members here are very experienced. They are nice and professional. I felt welcome. The wifi was very easy to use and stable. Again, I mentioned these because there were places that just... This made me feel like becoming a Hyatt member as I will start travelling a lot again. Highly recommended!

Very central location. Elevators can get very busy but it should be expected with the amount of people that are staying here. Rooms can get a bit tight but still manageable

Lobby was a disaster at all times. We had to wait for an elevator at every ride whether we were going down or back up to our room. On the day of checkout we had to walk down 11 flights of stairs because the wait to use the elevator was over 20 minutes. Staff didn’t care.

This hotel is in a good location. Walkable to Times Square and Broadway shows. Parking is tricky if you have a car. We were on the 10th floor and the ice machine was broken most of the time

We had a great time in hotel, the facility was nice and clean, the room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated. Air conditioning was working properly. There was big lineup for elevator specially during breakfast hours, but the rest of the day it was good. The checking in and out was very fast and quick. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. There is an option for storing your luggage in case of arriving early before checking hour and same for checking out. This hotel was only 5 min away by walk from New York city bus terminal. The only concern I had was the serving plates, cups and utensils which were single use threw out after use, and lots of garbage made everyday during breakfast.

Personnel helpful and professional. The hotel is well located, however it is very crowded and not enough elevators to accommodate 500 rooms. Breakfast time is very busy and you can hardly get a seat to eat. I’m not sure I would be staying there again with my family.
