Great location close to all the Broadway Theaters. Room was modern and nice but we could hear every word our neighbors said so I had a hard time sleeping and staying asleep. Staff wasn’t super friendly.

I recently stayed at the Kimpton for an extended stay. Everyone was so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. As I was staying so long, they even provided me with a coffee maker and microwave. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!

The staff was helpful, attentive and super friendly. The location was central and convenient for getting around by walking, subway or taxi. Great place to stay for families with kids. Highly recommend.

It’s a pretty property with a very friendly staff but it needs some maintenance. The sink and tub drained very slowly and there were holes in the bedding. The multiple false fire alarms made it hard to sleep. Don’t waste your money on “higher floor”, if they are full you are out of luck.

Tremendous Location
The location was wonderful - right in the heart of the theater district and a short walk to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The subway entrance is on the corner. The hotel room was comfortable. There was some street noise on the 11th floor, but not too bad. There is a complimentary wine hour every evening. There is coffee every morning in the lobby, but no coffee pot in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t think it was as nice as other Kimpton Hotels in which I’ve stayed, but overall it was a very comfortable experience.

I’d def. stay at the Kimpton again. The room was quite spacious, there was an ice machine handy, its location was ideal, safe and across the street was a bodega. It was quiet and clean. Worked out very well!

AC didn’t work properly. Couldn’t nap during day, we cooked the room to 74 at night. Maintenance came and said it was hot outside and all the rooms were having issues. We live in Georgia and can cool our house to 68 degrees when it’s 100 outside. Sleep is important on vacation. We didn’t sleep well at all. Otherwise no issues for us and really the location is fantastic!
