We had issues at the property. First, we tried to get a blanket the first night. Had to ask again, and finally got it next night. We requested an extra pillow and never got that. Toliet leaked and bathtub/shower knob fell off. Only complained when we checked out. They made it right and refunded resort fees, which I’m not sure why they charged in the first place. Older property with one elevator that you consistently had to wait for. Not recommended for the price we paid.

NYC Central Park
We had a king size room. Bed was comfy, the room had two small closets but not dresser area. Our TV didn't work until the last two days. The bathroom was SOOOOOOO Small .I couldn't use the toilet without leaving the door open. The shower head was high which was great as I am tall but it couldn't be adjusted so it was like being waterboarded the whole time. Staff was friendly and the best days were the days they had cookies at the front desk. The location can't be beat to Central park. Overall a great stay. I'd stay here again.

A place to just sleep
If you are just looking for a place to sleep you got that here. No TV service, no where to up pack clothing, no blow dryer for your hair, no coffee pot, no fridg., etc. Just a place to lay your head.

Hotel was close to Central Park and the Subway station. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around make it very convenient. Hotel is cramped, elevator is small but expected in thight areas. Room was a but run down, could not figure out why bathroom lights would nit turn on. Went down to fron t desk and told them the issue. Nothing was addressed. Checked the GFI and tried resetting it. By chance we turned on the light to the entrance by the door and ot turned the bathroom lights on which is a bit of an inconvenience in the middle of the night as you have to turn the entrance lights on waking your spouse up. The faucet to the tub woupd fall off during use. Place is definitely run down. Breakfast area is small and cramped, get there early or take it back to your room.

Ive never been in a laquinta room that was so small there was no chair, a fat person couldnt turn around in the bathroom, no fridge, small window a.c. was so noisy and blowing directly on the wedged in twin bed
