Quite simply the best hotel in NYC. The staff make everyone feel special and cared for. Luxury without being ostentatious. Classic styling. Beautiful bedding.

Our first night was a little rough, the bed was broken. We reported it to the front desk and they were so accommodating. Moved us to a MUCH better room with an amazing view. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Incredible drinks and food in the Gold Room. Would definitely recommend. They lost our curling iron when we changed rooms, and weren’t ever able to locate it, otherwise it was a great experience.

It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Manhattan. We happened to stay in a week of US oppen so the hotel was full and busy. There is a great restaurant "The Gold room" for breakfast or dinner cocktails that we enjoyed a lot. The room was clen and quiet with planty to choose from the bar fridge. The day views of Cathedral are trully beautiful, as well as an amazing city light of the Rockefeller center! I didn't like the mattress, I kept waking up because it was not that comfortable...The staff is very nice and attentive.Would be back again!

Jorge at check in was amazing! So personable and professional! Mr Ray at bell desk was so awesome! I met him 2 years ago and he remembered us from our stay! We love the Gold Room! Everyone goes above and beyond

We stayed here earlier this spring and again over the summer. Great experiences both times! Hotel is clean, great location, and across the street from a Starbucks! Staff is amazing too!
