This was the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have ever staid in. I have traveled the world, backpacking around Europe and Africa not to mention US. This one is by far the worst! Don’t stay here, fake clean pics and don’t forget to read reviews because they are correct.

Had so much potential but failed.
Problems: Curtains that fail to blackout, unknown person yelling outside all night and another inside. Literally sounded like someone was getting beat (nonstop screaming). The second lock on the door was basically there for decoration and didn't work. The room was clean but the shower was not..there was someones toenail. There was also someone pubic hair on my towel.

OHNY Weekend, October 2024.
I had a lovely two-night stay here at LY for Open House New York Weekend, October 2024. While not all the public amenities have been rolled out yet (gym, restaurant space away from the lobby, etc.), the rooms are brand new, & as perfect as they're going to be. LY is also a great value for its luxury in its introductory phase. Amaan did a fine job checking me in & out of the hotel, & LY's location in College Point was a decent enough staging area for getting to OHNY locations in Queens, Brooklyn, & Manhattan. I didn't get up early enough to sample local breakfast fare, but that was my own fault.

I will always book this Hotel. Staff very respectful and helpful and room very clean and enough parking also. Even the 24/7 laundry place near to this hotel, but thanks God is never full at night, it could be very scary when we go out at night and come late. I will recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, although the premises and features are very modern and upgraded, the description of the amenities that are offered as well as the features that are being added to the rooms are Non-existent as well as the cleanliness that I paid for a 3 night stay which was let’s just say, NOT CHEAP WHATSOEVER, and I’ve stayed this year alone 40 hotels for business trips, and the things I had been exposed to as well as the rooms were NOWHERE near what was depicted in the description (no fireplace in my room, no lakeside view (a concrete rooftop, no amenities (water) nor bathrobes) I had to wait close to 3 hrs for a remote control that was in working condition, and when I wanted a drink the vending machines were next door in the laundry mat, which was OUT OF SERVICE! They were supposed to be soundproof rooms yet I heard nothing but yelling and loud music into the very wee hours (5am or so) the clientele was very let’s say a little frightening and I kept hearing noises outside my room as if someone was waiting for me to walk out of room for any instance. I WAS SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE AND TO TOP IT OFF, I found empty paraphernalia bags on the windowsill behind the curtains, not to mention me having to take video of me cleaning the floors on my hands and knees to prove how truly filthy they are, kind workers but fell short in my expectations

The hotel was very close and convenient to Citifield. It is very affordable , clean and staff very friendly and always with a smile. My favorite item was the very plush and comfortable bed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Flushing . Also loved the fact that was hot coffee in the morning to get you going.

Property was initially very good; clean and modern aesthetic, staying here for 3 nights however was not. Getting called early in the morning by employees not knowing I have three nights booked for the same room and getting my door even knocked on several times past 11 due to the same issue. As well as the walls being so thin you can practically hear everything going on next to you made it an unpleasant experience that won’t bring me back in the future.
