Comfortable, modern hotel with friendly staff. Our room on the 6th floor had a surprisingly great view towards the city. Rooms are clean and functional. Parking is limited but we were able to get one of the last couple spots despite arriving around midnight. Conveniently located for flying from LGA or JFK, or visiting Queens area.

A gem in Queens
Great stay. My wife, my 7yo son and myself stayed one night to fly out of LGA the next day. Hotel was new and very nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Free parking! The room was small but not in a bad way. It was an efficient use of space. Very modern. Felt like a European hotel. Too bad we had already eaten the sushi place in the lobby looked good. This will go into my regular rotation as a place to stay in NYC. Highly recommend.

A Hidden Gem- Top Notch Service
The property was essentially new. The room was fresh, with many upscale amenities. The hotel location was funky, but they offered free off street parking on a freshly paved fenced lot. They were very convenient to Queens, direct access to major roadways and not to far from the LIRR and MTA if you needed to go into the city. only 20-25 min. From the GW Bridge. LGA is close by. And the price was perfect. A king bedded new room under $200 a night in NYC. A little tight, no view to speak of- in my room, but my family could see the Whitestone Bridge from their triple, also at a $200 price point. I usually stay in Long Island City or Jersey City when visiting NYC for the value, but this place is a steal. I hope they endure, if they do, i’ll be back.

Great Stay
I was wrapping up a trip and needed a hotel close to LGA (super early flight). This was conveniently located, close to airport, and was economically feasible. I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities, the kindness of the staff and overall great stay.

I realllllly want to give this hotel a great review because they are brand new and deserve a shot however they still have some kinks to work out PROS - excellent price - new facilities - friendly staff -spacious room - easy trip to LGA CONS - room was clearly cleaned but not with the right products - floor was very sticky - when I turned down my covers to go to bed there was a children’s book under the sheets. Not sure if it was there because the bed was not properly cleaned or if there was just a kid hanging out during the cleaning process - not good sound proofing OVERALL Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable stay in a safe neighborhood with easy access to LGA. Wish you the best of luck LY hotel!

Looks like it's still being put together, the roof isn't done, and one floor seems to still be under construction. Looks like there will be a gym put in at some point. Not that any of it effected my stay. Second time here, and the staff was just as pleasant, the rooms clean. Great overall experience. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable place to sleep at night.
