Yes it’s in Times Square, but let’s be honest, if you’re a tourist, it’s the perfect location. I barely had to take the subway and just walked everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is hip and fun! Great location with a hopping lobby and great views. The service was nice. However, we had a dirty sock in our room, and two broken sinks. We booked a family suite online, but the rooms are not connected directly. They are connected via a foyer. The temperature in our room was sweltering making it difficult for rest. The beds were average. One big inconvenience is having to take multiple elevators to get to our room. Lastly, the hotel service struggled to get our laundry order correct and for over $600 a night, we thought this was a bit frustrating. Overall the things we care about when traveling, were average. Not the cleanest and not the most kept up, but a great location for Time Square/Midtown attractions.
