Really enjoyed our stay at the Martinique. First, every single employee we encountered was amazing and approachable. Next, the room was clean and exactly as we imagined. The area was clean and accessible by all kinds of options. We actually walked from Brooklyn and didnt feel long at all. Perfect central location for us from Central Park, all the way to the southern part of the island.

Excellent location close to time square and subway. Our stay was in September and we found the air conditioner was constantly kicking in making our room very cold. The room itself is very small, no dresser, and a tiny closet. We requested an early check in but was not able to check in until 4:00pm even though it did not seem like the hotel was full.

Very crowded lobby, impossible to get my bag from concierge or key to my room. Feel for the staff there just simply aren’t enough and it makes them seem so tired and short with guests. Will not be returning.
