This hotel did not accommodate to any general needs. To spend ~$600/night and not receive general cleaning needs (trash/bed made/new towels) is absolutely ridiculous. I made a phone call to get this service done because your staff chose to have a nasty attitude at my door asking what the hell I wanted after knocking on my door (Word for word) With that said, your front office did nothing to fix this situation. When asked about air conditioning (I understand this is an older building), your staff came in and turned the fans completely off. This location should be embarrassed about their customer service, especially for that price. It's a holiday week. Hire new staff that is willing to do their job accordingly and accommodate to the many guests packed into your lobby, and get rid of the trash.

Rooms were big which we loved . Hotel is most definetly outdated . Everything worked very well . Staff was super friendly and helpful . Loved the location of the hotel . Lots to do in the area and very walkable . I would stay here again.

Aging, but still a nice place and good value.
First time I stayed here was probably 10 years ago, and that was an easy 4 or 5 star stay. The rooms are large by NYC standards and location is hard to beat. Easy access to direct trains to either side of central park and the village. The staff is great and the hotel was clean, but it is aging. My wife didn't really notice until I pointed things out, and they didn't bother me, but if you are looking for a hotel that is in top notch condition, this isn't the place. That said, it is a great value, and if I want to stay in Time's Square again in the next couple of years I will look here first.

Not super clean. Plumbing issues. Tub did not drain, sink did not always drain, toilet would not flush easily. When we called in the toilet issue it took hours for them to fix it. But the location was wonderful. You are in the heart of the city!

Air conditioning didn’t work! The room was so hot! We couldn’t stand the smell of pot rinking in the hotel room! We left our room with a do not disturb sign on our door they entered our room anyways and removed the sign on our door! Was terrible!!

It was hot in my room. The air conditioner didn't work. And I bought a room with a view of Time Square, but they gave me another one and they didn't want to change it. The manager of Fyaad just didn't care about me. People also complained to me, he just sent and didn't care. Such a manager should not work. It's a shame for the hotel!!!!

Exceptional Service and Perfect Stay! I had an incredible experience at the Millenium Times Square. The front desk agent was truly exceptional—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his outstanding service deserves recognition. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Millenium Times Square to anyone seeking exceptional service, a prime location, and a wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely return on my next trip!

Another great trip to NYC and another great stay at the Millennium Hotel Broadway. Close to everything, great rooms, great housekeeping, great staff. Ecofriendly? Not sure, as I left the plastic bottles separate from the trash can, but they just weren't taken by housekeeping. Will stay again soon!
