Very dated.. no toilet roll holder, bath/ shower turns into a footpath for a shower. No fridge or coffee or even a kettle. Lifts were quick, and right in the heart of Times Square. Certainly not worth the money they charge.. but it’s NY.. what can you do?

I really appreciate the customer service and overall welcoming environment. There was an issue with my room but they did not allow that to cause an inconvenience to me. I was able to continue my plans for the day and my items were moved by a bellman to a room more accommodating. I would definitely book again

Excellent location but hotel definitely not 4star
The location was excellent, right in the heart of time square. They staff were lovely but the rooms we tired and dated and a bit grubby. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Furniture scratched, broken or damaged, curtains hanging off, cupboard for fridge but no fridge inside. Could have got a better quality hotel in the same area for similar price. Would not recommend or stay again unless they had a revamp. If rooms were updated I would stay again for the great staff and location.

The property has excellent staff. Everyone... security, front desk and cleaning ladies were all super respectful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location. BEST THING ABOUT PROPERTY IS LOCATION. The Irish Pub acrosss the street serves excellent food. The room was a disaster... furniture needs to be thrown away, they are all scratched up. Carpet was disgusting. My closet door was broken with a huge piece of glass on the floor. Thankfully, i dont have babies anymore. But after 3 days of trying to keep door on hinge, i asked them to remove it. No one came back to fix, ehich i didnt care. I dont know if its because I booked through expedia but the room was definitely nothing ti rave about. Luckily we just went to sleep and would leave early.

Great location if you need quick and easy access to Times Square and food. However my room on the 51 floor was hot without access to AC in winter months. After setting my thermostat as low as it would go and only having hot air coming from the vents I was told by the front desk that they do not run the AC in winter months and was told the best I could do was turn the unit off. This meant no air flow in our room which led to some uncomfortable evening and nights sleep in the room.

Great location. Easy to walk around, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Rooms wee good but tired. Need to be refreshed sooner rather than later. Only disappointment was in the facilities the hotel said it offered. The restaurant was closed. No reason given just not operating at this time. ( we were there for 3 nights). I asked about the laundry service also advertised but this not in operation either. These were the only negatives. Staff were helpful and lovely to deal with.

Originally we had a room and it was excruciating hot. Apparently the entire hotel doesn’t have air Conditoner only heat and be warned it is extremely hot in room. You can crack a window in the room but it doesn’t do much. We were pleased with the staff who took such good care of us and had us moved! The hotel is very dated but you get what you pay for i guess. Everyone though was so incredibly kind but I could never stay anywhere this hot again!
