We absolutely loved our stay at the Mint House in NYC! Every interaction with the staff was delightful—they were friendly, helpful, and incredibly pleasant. The location in FiDi was perfect, with quick access to the subway and surprisingly easy travel uptown. Mint House exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay at one of their locations again!

We loved our staycation at Mint House. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Our accommodations were perfect for our group of 10, with a combination of studios and a one-bedroom (after our Airbnb fell through). Having a full kitchen and living room in the one-bedroom was so useful. We had space to come together but also had individual space to escape to. It was like the idea of the Airbnb but with the amenities of a hotel… which helped with things like luggage storage after check out. The location is near so many subway lines, but is also in between the South Street Seaport and Battery Park City, so there are so many restaurants and shops walkable nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Very large rooms, our apartment had two bathrooms which was great as we were a group. Very convenient downtown location, close to the subway, good cafe on the ground floor and a lovely/expensive 64th floor rooftop bar. We also took the ferry at Pier 11 a number of times. The room had very small windows and lacked natural light, and the keypad system took a couple goes to get used to, but otherwise a great stay.

Our room was spacious and clean. Receptionist were always helpful. Occasional dustbin lorries would collect rubbish in the early hours of the morning, but that's not a fault of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at Mint House! The staff was supportive and quick to respond. The room was wonderful - one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in! Very clean, spacious, great decorating and all the amenities we needed. Would stay again next time we are in New York!
