The bathroom in my hotel room had not been cleaned when i checked in. I went down to the lobby and the manager ensured me she would have a member of the cleaning staff take care of it while i waited in the lobby for a half hour. This would have been a good opportunity to apologize or perhaps offer me a drink in the bar but I just sat there bewildered. When i went back to the room, the toilet was still dirty - stains, hair, etc. I go back to the lobby again (no one answers the phone), and I proceed to explain that the room was still dirty. She had me go back upstairs and point out the dirt to her and the cleaning staff. I'm staring a toilet with pubic hairs having to explain that this wasnt clean enough. I've never experienced anything like this in my life - and no apology or taking ownership. I will end by saying the weekend staff was very nice and helpful but this check in process was so rude and disgusting it ruined my entire experience.

The location of the hotel is great, however, it is massively overpriced for what it is. The rooms are very small, there is not storage space or wardrobe, water filters out on to the floor when you shower and the rooftop/bars do not resemble with the pictures online. Certainly not value for money.

They should change the bathroom doors. The transparent doors are very uncomfortable and there is no privacy. They should put a mini refrigerator in the room, liquids could not be stored

The stay was not great. At check in, which was stated as 4:00 pm and we arrived at 4:30, we were told we’d have to wait for another half hour at least for the room to be ready. After questioning this, a room was suddenly found for us. When we got to the room the tv was on already on, which was a bit odd. Then none of the apps worked on the tv and we were told it would be fixed in a couple of hours. I soon realized that the tv would turn off and then immediately turn right back on by itself. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone up to fix it, which was at 7:00. I then left for dinner and came back at around 11:00 pm and the tv was still on. I called again and someone finally came up and had to sit in my room and try to fix it for the next 20 minutes. It was around 12:15 at this point when I finally just asked him to unscrew the brackets and unplug the tv. Also at this point, the apps still were not working. Besides the view, the stay was very underwhelming and not worth the money.

Not even close to worth the money at all… stay at the edition the roof top restaurant isn’t even reserved for any guest you have to get in line to try to get in, when up there it looked NOTHING Like the photos not even the same furniture it was not cute and also all seating was reserved. You go to the lobby bar and half of it is blocked off by huge room dividers that are see through so all the people not staying at the hotel Can line up for hours to go to the up stairs bar. Which is sooo tacky and unpleasant for guest staying their that they don’t have there own elevator. This place isn’t worth even $250 a night let alone what we paid hard pass.

A few things we liked - location was perfect, staff great, property clean, daily credit to the coffee bar downstairs However, the room itself isn't functional. We knew it'd be a tight squeeze, but the set-up of the shower and toilet didn't make sense and was frustrating to work around the sliding, clanking doors. And water from the shower kept leaking into the toilet room which was kinda gross. A few things that would have been nice - mini fridge, trash can in the main area, a top sheet on the bed rather than just a lone comforter A selling point was the rooftop bar, but we never made it up there since it was closed over the weekend. And the bar on the 2nd floor was beautiful, but also never open. It feels like this hotel is geared towards influencers and photo shoots, not tourists. For us, it was just a place to crash at the end of a busy day. But I probably wouldn't stay here again.
