The property was very clean and most of the staff were nice. The only downside is that the fridge wasn’t working. But I never asked the staff to check it out so maybe they could have fixed it.

This hotel was amazing. The view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful, and the location was great. The staff and service as second to none. Had a great time and highly recommend. A fabulous experience
Our stay was FABULOUS! From the moment we walked in, Conswella at the front desk welcomed us. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and lovely. While walking to our room, an employee greeted us warmly welcoming us. Grace brought up items we had called down for. She couldn’t have me more friendly. Frederick was at the front desk while we were checking out. He greeted us with a smile, along with the young lady at the front desk. She couldn’t have had a bigger smile on her face. We went out to enjoy our day and came back to get our bags. The young man who retrieved our bags was so willing to be helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who asks. This was one of our best experiences at a hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a lovely, peaceful, friendly, comfy bed while in New York

Good size room & excellent location, however, the room was dark, the bed was uncomfortable and there wasn’t toiletries such as a shower cap etc, only shower gel & shampoo and conditioner. We also had issues with our room not being cleaned until after 5pm, despite multiple requests all afternoon.
