Checking in process took very long. Not enough staff for the volume of customers during the peak Christmas season. Restaurant and bar were too busy and basically no spots to seat or staff to help with coordination.

The location was fine, the staff helpful and friendly. Nice room.Only issue was very limited food choices in the hotel-very limited menu in the bars and take out place-no sit down restaurant.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. Walking distance to grand central, 30 Rock and Central Park. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only small complaint I have is the bathroom could have used a deeper clean.

Have stayed at Hilton in Hawaii & Fiji & properties have been amazing This one is in need of a makeover with broken door handles & wallpaper peeling off walls ran out of bathroom toiletries that were not replenished whole week it is expensive but hey it’s Manhattan Can stay in better quality rooms in Vegas for $39 on strip & that is most expensive real estate in world

Our bathroom had pee all on the toilet and shower looked as if not cleaned. The shower would back up every day when using.

Had my doubts after reading some of the reviews about this hotel but you should really take those with a grain of salt. Some people just like to complain. The hotel was perfect for our stay. It was clean, staff was helpful and attentive, food options and a convenience store located on site was a plus! Housekeeping was fantastic! Kept our room supplied with clean towels, made our beds every day, and removed the trash in trash cans. The beds were comfortable. Usually I go home feeling achy from a bad bed but not this time. The 1 king bed with sofa sleeper was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is conveniently located to everything downtown. No long wait lines to check in. As soon as we got there, the baggage storage staff was on top of making sure we got our bags stowed until our room was available.
