Foyer area, nice. Entered room, air conditioner sealed with black duct tape, next thing we see is the rusty wall heater. Go to wash our hands, no soap near the vanity, only soap away in the shower unit, not good. Soft bed sheets.

The Night Hotel will do the job if you’re not planning on spending much time at the hotel. Staff weren’t the friendliest, place wasn’t the cleanest. In saying that, it was in a good location, just out of the way of the chaos, but a 5 min subway ride or walk through Central Park from it.

Very close to the 96th street subway station, so getting around Manhattan is easy, The rooms are a bit small but the price is good. Its an old building so expect the issues that come with that. Slow plumbing etc. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk.

This hotel was run down but advertise as a boutique hotel, which they have done nicer rooms but they are not that much nicer and way more cost. It was impossible to connect to the TV to play any other media . Housekeeping was scarce towels were few. The water only got warm . The worst thing was that being Christmas I had gotten the room for family who were visiting from out of state . They put us out on Christmas Night at 1 am with my grandmother and no place to go because they did we had excessive company. The room was a suite and we asked if it would be fine to have family visiting us before we booked /

The location to the subway was excellent. It was in a great part of town. The staff and the price was great. The room itself was a bit dirty and with holes in the wall I think from pictures, etc. It made me a bit uncomfortable. I wish they could be patched.

Tiny, shabby, overpriced room with no breakfast. In fact they did not have a restaurant at all. I was given a granola bar as the only food offered! I paid over $250/night. Yuk!!!
