We have stayed here quite a few times and typically have an awesome view. I was disappointed that we did not have a view and we were checked in to a smaller room than I had confirmed. We were moved to a larger room, the front desk was accommodating. Great location for Macys parade! To ensure a view, make sure the room description states view!

Fantastic location Most places are walkable from here Bonus perk was the Bryant Park holiday market right across the street for a nice treat and shopping from artists Room was tight and we could not ever get it to warm up Refillable water station on every floor was nice to have Very clean and quiet! Next time would spend more for a higher floor with a view

Clean, smartly appointed relative small rooms. Just the right size for business travel or two people to visit midtown. Bryant Park is amazing as usual, good food and treatments all along the street.

Our second time staying here - and we will definitely be back. Prime location right by Bryant Park and a short block to just about any subway station you'll need. The property is clean and quiet - a big deal in the center of Manhattan.

Nice clean room for a long weekend
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was smaller than I expected but was fine for a long weekend. The shower was nice, good water pressure. Very little privacy between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the walls of the room are quite thin so you could hear everything in the hallway.
