Average stay but usually excellent

I love this hotel and usually give excellent reviews all around. Just a few notes: the morning front desk staff is excellent; I found the evening staff slightly less friendly or helpful; my room was pretty chilly; having an extra blanket in the room would help. Other than that, it was another great stay.

OK but a lot of things were NOT OK

The room was about 8x20. The bed was fine. The sink was small but manageable. The room seemed clean. The TV worked fine, with a good array of channels. However, the water pressure in the shower was abominable - mostly just a relative trickle and the temperature varied widely. The electric sockets at the sink didn't work at all, though the circuit breaker light was lit. I had to crawl behind a side table to find a plug that worked to charge my phone. And I was socked with a separate facilities fee, that supposedly covered my Internet, the minimal toiletries in the room and the right to store my luggage, which I didn't need. The location is not that great. I'd rather they just honestly up the basic room price instead of playing pricing games. So I will not be staying there again.

Good experience

This was a neat experience and I recommend you try it. We had a small room with a bunk bed. The restroom and showers are in the hallway, you just swipe in when vacant. The only complaint is that we could not control then thermostat and it got very hot in our room.
