Superb location just next to TKTS Times Square. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options. Grab & Go market have few food options if you are in a hurry at great prices. Great customer service in all areas.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel room is the toilet ,the door is a siding door and NO ventilation system in th bathroom ! So it’s very uncomfortable if traveling with a friend or a new person Because you literally can smell up the whole bathroom and no air is being sucked in like other ventilation system ! Plus , the toilets splash on the seat when you flush And your poop sits underneath you ! It’s pretty disgusting to be honest , the poop doesn’t go in th water only when you flush ! For that reason I won’t be staying at this hotel anymore . I never experienced more unpleasant situation in a hotel! So be well aware of this when booking !

Great location. Smooth check in. The breakfast situation is crazy. Take(if you ever get one) an elevator down to the lobby, wait in line to ride an elevator up 5 floors and then be asked if you want to walk upstairs after breakfast. No coffee makers in the room….RIDICULOUS! Can’t remember the last hotel, especially one that claims to be a 4 star hotel without this basic amenity. The toilet is unsanitary when flushed and water splashes on the seat. YUCK!!! The beds in our room were side by side. Have never seen a room with two queen beds put together for four people. Weird and why??? One of the best parts was the bellhop at check out. He was so nice and helpful. Got us a large SUV right away to take to the airport. Wish everything at the hotel was that good.

We had a 2 Queen bed room for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable but there wasn’t a huge amount of room left over. The cleanliness was brilliant and daily servicing of the room was excellent. The only downside of our stay was the fact that only 2 of the 3 lifts that serviced our floor were working and despite waiting for over 20 mins, we were unable to catch the lift down in the morning. Every time a lift came it was full. We ended up using the stairs, which was only an option because we were on the 9th floor.

Let's be honest. This is not a 4-star hotel. It's nice, it's clean and it's convenient, but it's not a 4-star hotel. There was nothing special about this hotel to make it 4 stars. We stayed just before Christmas and the elevator situation was an absolute disaster. I acknowledge the hotel was full and there are peak times when people are coming and going, but the wait time for elevators was beyond unacceptable. There is software to manage hotel elevators, invest in it. I was there with several families, and we all had rooms on separate floors. There were times when you couldn't go up in the elevator. You had to take the elevator to the lobby, not get off and then go up. Really? Again, it's 2024, there is software for this.

The staff was very nice and the accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet is great. My only complaint is that after we checked out when I attempted to use the bathroom (before we left) I was given a hard time.
