I really liked this place - I felt safe and comfortable and was so happy to be able to make tea in my room. They keep the rooms very warm (maybe too warm). The decor is reminiscent of the 1970s - I liked that they had leant into this, giving it a unique vibe. It was very quiet, despite being so close to Times Square. Really convenient for the theatres - you feel right in the centre of the action. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Apartments!
We chose Radio City Apts because my husband was to be in the hospital for up to a week. in NYC. The Apts afforded the opportunity to have a comfortable room as well as a full kitchen, full sized fridge. The staff was so accommodating; I had to add several days to my stay as my husband wasn’t discharged when planned. The staff arranged for me to keep my same room for a total of 10 days! This was huge, not having to move to another room. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant on the property and the location in Times Square is so convenient. Would highly recommend!!

Best place to stay in NYC
What a wonderful surprise this was! I had a lovely studio with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and in good working order. The property is well maintained. It’s less than five minutes to Times Square. I ordered delicious food from a nearby Indian restaurant (Saar) and it lasted three nights. I’m spoiled now. I’ll only stay here in the future.

The hotel is right by Times Square, but a block back to avoid the noise and lights. It's clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Hotel was in a good location as far as time square goes. The hotel was outdated and there appeared to be gum or candy stuck to the sheets. I called down and they brung more sheets. There are furnaces in the rooms but they do not work, it was cold in the room they told me that the heat could not be turned on because it was for the whole building not per hotel room and they gave me a space heater. Only thing about this hotel was the location.

This place was amazing. Conveniently located next to the subway, Radio City, Times Square and shopping. I felt very safe with the door man watching all the coming and goings. Room with kitchenette was perfect for lunch and warm up with some hot chocolate. Will definitely be back.

Property was in perfect proximity of the Ball Drop and walking distance to times Square!!! The kitchenette was so important as well because we were able to store and warm up our leftovers from various restaurants. Perfect stay for my sister and I!

Decent hotel
The hotel was very clean. The location was great, especially for visiting Rockefeller Center or Broadway. The room was smaller than we expected based on the pictures. The bed seemed older and was uncomfortable. It was very hot and there was no way to adjust the heat.

The lobby, elevator, and room were great. Like the color scheme in the room, was a nice change. Small room and bathroom but that is to be expected in NYC. It was really great for the price. One minor complaint is that it was so hot in the room an no way to turn the heater down. All the rest was good. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
