The location was great right in the middle of Time Square. The rooms were decent size but very clean the people working there were very friendly. We forgot to bring umbrellas and they had umbrellas for us when it was raining. Would come back here again.

It is at 7th and 48th, the middle of Times Square. You walk 1 block west and you are on Broadway - go see a show. Walk 2 blocks east and you are on 5th avenue - go see the Expensive shops. Gotta see Luis Vitton the building is decorated to look like 2 big suit cases. The sheets are nice. The room has a small refrigerator. There is a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The MET Museum at 86th and 5th Avenue is closed on Wednesdays.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the views from the restaurant are second to none. The restaurant toilets are on the second floor and are used as a public loo but most people in Times Square. This does cause a queue for the lift for most of the day. We did experience some issues which went unresolved but the manager was very apologetic and friendly. We were assured we would be refunded for the inconvenience of our shower not working properly for 8 days but the $400 has now been taken and the we’re struggling to get a response from the hotel. This is clearly an isolated incident but it has definitely affected the hotel score. The comfiest beds ever too!

Location!! The Renaissance Times Square is located in the heart of Times Square, & Broadway district Although I hesitated, I'm glad I booked, b/c reviews were mixed. My only con was that they charged my credit card the full amount upon check-in. I've never had that done before at any hotel!! Nevertheless - Awesome stay in NY City!!

AC not working to cool unless you put on 64 to get it to 73. Mold on shower walls. Shower curtain rod loose on both ends almost coming off the walls with tiles loose. Pictures on website showed bathrooms with glass doors not shower curtains. Cleaning lady was nice and helpful but the walls require a maintenance team or Clorox to get rid of mold. They were so dirty with mold just not one spot.
