A wonderful hotel just 1 minute away from Times Square and a 5-minute walk to Whole Foods. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, and it had everything we needed. It’s also convenient that you can store your bags both before check-in and after check-out. Highly recommend!

The bed situation was weird, the mattress is on a platform with one side up against the , and in order to get to that side of the bed against the wall, I had to climb over the mattress to get there. I'm 72 , I mean I'm glad I'm still fit to do that !! My husband slept. On the side that off the floor. I just think placing the bed that way in a room is strange . The bathroom is excellent, a lot of room, great shower that has a lot of room in it, I mean a lot of room . Turning on the lights in the room was different, in order to turn on the lights, we were given another room card to slip in a little wall devise . Never seen that before. The location is right by Times Square which was excellent

This hotel was okay. I would not recommend staying here on New Year's Eve. You will wait an hour in line to get onto the street the hotel is on and they dont have any options to see the ball drop.

Fantastic location, half a block from Times Square, a few blocks from Bryant Park and countless restaurants, stores and subway access. The staff is very friendly and did the best they could to accommodate us. The hotel amenities are rater limited; they did not have wine glasses not cutlery when we wanted to dine in one evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the location, staff and room size and cleanliness for the price.

The beds were very comfortable and showers were great. Friendly staff. In the heart of it all. But beware, when Times Square is busy, cars don't move so plan accordingly.

The staff were incredibly friendly. They deserve a 5 star rating. The room however, left much to be desired. The wallpaper was both peeling and dirty. A simple wipe down with a rag could probably remedy this. The rooms are quite dark and so upon entry, it looks ok. Everything had a film on it. It didn’t feel unhealthy, just not well maintained. The rooms are quite small as well. But, it’s New York. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The noise of the city is abundant. The location is fantastic though. Literally steps from Times Square.
