This was a very comfortable stay for us. So close to Times Square and the Theater District yet the hotel and the street around it were quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The property looks nice from the photos. Once onsite, the property is so dark inside that it is difficult to even determine the color of clothing you are wearing. It makes me wonder how dirty the place is because you can not see in the shadows of the rooms and halls.

All was very good except that the cleaners did not pay attention but lost my wool sock when cleaning. They should definetely pay attention to not take customers belongins with the laundry. I would not let them clean anymore unless I would be present
